In my free time, I've been busy getting ready for Christmas! Allow me to share with you what I've been up to:
A little cooking - goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in proscuitto, and of course, winter beer
Still attempting to master the sweet potato pie! Getting closer every time.
We also had another Pinterest Night! Filled with good food, Grinch punch and lots of crafts. Say what you may about Pinterest Night (craft haters), but we always have a great time and end up with wonderful crafts.

The Christmas decorations have also gone up and I just love this picture of my Swedish Christmas tree!
Last weekend we went to pick out a Christmas tree. Mom and Cole pose in front of the winner.
Morgan (my Lil) and I went to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Christmas party this week and had a great time! It was hosted at the Charlotte Discovery Place and there were a lot of things in the museum to interact with. All of the kids got a gift and a stuffed bear. There was also a surprise visit from Cam Newton, Charlotte Panter's quarterback.
