This weekend Maya is recovering from her spay and I am recovering from a rather stressful work week to say the least. Maya is doing well - except when she has to wear what we've now dubbed the "Cone of Shame"; it keeps her from licking her incision...in fact...it keeps her from moving at all. Yep, that's how much she hates wearing the cone.
In other news -- I bought a sofa and chair for my living room this weekend! It has not been delivered, so I will post pictures when it arrives.
I also spent some time sewing place mats while Maya slept quietly (that's right Dr. K...no monkey business was promoted this weekend!). Take a look...
